How to make a request

Email support@beunstuck.app with the relevant subject line:

  • California: "California Privacy Rights"
  • Washington: "Washington Privacy Rights"
  • Nevada: "Nevada Privacy Rights"
  • Connecticut: "Connecticut Privacy Rights"
  • EU or UK: "GDPR Request"
  • General: "Privacy Rights Request"

Include the email address you want us to use to respond, the right you want to exercise, and any details we would need to act (for example, the specific data you want corrected). We will not require an account or any more information than is necessary to verify the request.

How long we take

We respond to verifiable requests within 45 days. We can extend by 45 additional days when reasonably necessary, with notice to you. To appeal a denial under MHMDA, reply to our decision within 45 days. We respond to appeals within 45 days.

What we hold

Unstuck stores most of your information locally on your device, not on Unstuck-operated servers. The full list of categories is in the Consumer Health Data Notice. The fastest way to "delete" any data category for an app is to delete it in-app or uninstall the app, because in most cases there is no server copy to also delete.

Authorized agents

You may designate an authorized agent in writing to make a request on your behalf.

Non-discrimination

We do not discriminate against you for exercising any privacy right. You will not get a worse product, a higher price, or a slower response because of a request.
